Telephone Sessions

Private and confidential phone sessions allow you to do intense work from the comfort of your home wherever you may live. Skype makes it possible to be coached by phone around the world, in any time zone. Clients have used these sessions to break through blocks regarding addictions, relationships, family, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem.

How a Phone Session Works

1. Sessions can be one-time only, periodically recurring whenever needed, or regularly scheduled. You can schedule sessions up to a month in advance. The key is your own inner guidance.

2. Sessions generally last from 1 hour to 90 minutes with individuals and 90 minutes to 2 hours with couples.

3. The fee for a phone session is $100 US for individual sessions and $150 US for couple sessions. Payment is due before the session takes place.

One-hour scholarship sessions for $75 individual and $100 couple are also often available.

4. Schedule one, a few, or a fuller series over time. The best judge of what’s best for you is your own intuition. What’s in your best and highest interest will be supported 100%.

5. Once an appointment is set up, you receive a form to fill in and e-mail back. We’ll also ask for the best number at which to call you on the day of the session.

6. Please remember to give 24 hours prior notice if you need to cancel or change the time of an appointment, otherwise you will be charged for the session. Sessions that are cancelled with prior notice will be gladly rescheduled.

7. One last note about phone sessions: Once you become a client, Linda offers no-cost consultation between sessions by email and, if necessary, by phone. The goal is that you feel fully accompanied on your path to self-empowerment and liberation.

When to Schedule a Phone Session

So, when is scheduling a phone session a good option?

  • You’re feeling stuck and miserable where you are in your life
  • You’re at a crossroads and struggling to make a choice
  • You just want to talk it all out and have someone listen, really listen
  • You’re having trouble breaking free from addictive or compulsive behaviors
  • You have no idea of what you are feeling or what’s going on with you
  • You are so stressed out you just want to bust out!
  • You’re feeling depressed, listless, lethargic, lack energy
  • You’re experiencing significant anxiety and/or panic
  • You feel ready to take your life to the next level and somehow it’s not yet happening
  • You and your partner are looking for connection, communication, resolution, relationship coaching

Getting Started

1. Call 602-579-7885 or email Linda to schedule your first phone session.

2. During the first session, you will talk about you, about your current personal challenges and where you want to go from here. You will have time to understand and experience how, together, you will learn to change the patterns and programs that don’t support you, and begin to resonate with what you really want.

3. At the end of the first session, you will intuitively know whether the service and approach is right for you. With a sense of value in your first session, and your readiness to change and move forward in your life, we will decide on the times to meet and discuss payment arrangements. The commitment you make is to yourself.

Note: If you’re in the Phoenix, Arizona area or passing through, in-person sessions are welcome and encouraged.
